He resembles moths, with dark blue skin with two antennae-like wings, and four wings. folds on his wings that fold up into a hooded robe. There is blue patches on his slim legs and arms, and cyan patches that appear like ice chunks on wings. His chest is where the Omnitrix symbol is found and his cloak is decorated with white circles on it with black lines around them.
He first appeared in Kevin's big score. He can fold his wings into a robe and his strength has increased that allows him to tear off a massive metal statue and cut iron girders in half. In the episode Max Out, he fought Vulkanus. He also frozen Upchuck in Duped and assisted Ben to catch an escaped crook in Single-Handed.
In the episode It's Not Easy Being Gwen, Big Chill was used to fight Dr. Animo and a mutant frog. He was also used in the episode Prisoner Number 775 is Missing, in which he battled the Techadon Robot prior to going Ultimate. He was also in the episode Greetings from Techadon and also fought an Esoterica.
